Dave was one of us and it's just a damn shame he couldn't have joined us in recent Gerle Creek reunions. He would have been in his element, for sure. I know he visited the Rubicon with the last Jeep he built up, a CJ-5 with a wicked 327 Chevy. That was in the late 70's. He last visited us in KFalls in the early 80's.
